Editorial approach
Content is developed for professional education, orientation and discussion. The aim is to organise complex information clearly without turning it into treatment guidance, product endorsement or commercial promotion.
Evidence and sources
Content may draw on peer-reviewed literature, clinical guidance, regulatory documentation, public product information and other relevant sources.
The type and limitations of each source are considered when interpreting the information. A resource is not a systematic or exhaustive review unless this is stated explicitly.
Reported findings are distinguished from interpretation where relevant. Evidence relating to one product, formulation, indication or study setting is not treated as automatically applicable to another.
Uncertainty and disagreement
Evidence may be incomplete, inconsistent or dependent on context. Coracle Nexus aims to make these limits visible rather than present conclusions with more certainty than the available sources support.
Where findings differ across studies or no clear consensus exists, this is stated where relevant to the subject.
Independence and disclosure
Coracle Nexus does not accept payment in exchange for favourable conclusions, product endorsement or undisclosed promotion.
Where publicly available content has been commissioned, sponsored or materially supported by an external organisation, that involvement will be disclosed. Commissioned work is subject to the same evidence and claims standards as other Coracle Nexus content.
Corrections and updates
Publication dates and evidence cut-offs indicate the period covered by a resource. Content does not automatically include evidence, product information or regulatory documentation published after that date.
Substantive errors brought to the attention of Coracle Nexus are reviewed and, where confirmed, corrected. Content may also be updated when new information materially affects its interpretation or when clarification is needed.

Use of digital tools
Digital tools, including AI-supported tools, may assist with parts of the research, organisation, drafting or checking process. Final source selection, interpretation and editorial responsibility remain with Coracle Nexus.
Editorial responsibility
Coracle Nexus retains editorial responsibility for its published content. Readers remain responsible for assessing the relevance of that content to their own professional context.
